Dropping or losing the top of the chug cap is a real pain. The tether is custom-designed to be compatible with all Yeti Rambler Water Bpttles equipped with the chug cap.
Installation:
1) Feed the loop of paracord through the handle.
2) Feed the tether ring through the loop in the paracord.
3) Pull the cord tight around the cap handle.
4) Slide the tether ring onto the bottle.
5) Screw both caps (the drinking portion as well as the top cap) onto the bottle.
Notes:
- This product has no affiliation to Yeti.
- Removing both the cap pieces allows the tether to be removed.
- Not dishwasher safe
- Does not fit the Yeti Yonder water bottles

Great addition to the Yeti with the chug cap. This is my second purchase. I did lightly sand the inside of mine and waxed the interior so it’s really slick on the bottle, but it’s not needed. These are great while traveling so you don’t drop the cap on the floor or have to set it down somewhere.
